The three-part Power to Parent series delivers the best that developmental science has to offer to those who are our children`s best bet – parents and those who support them. The effect of the material is to restore parents to their natural intuition as well as to their rightful place in their children`s lives. The principles and dynamics apply to children of any age.

Helping Children Grow Up focuses on how to help children realize their potential as human beings. Since growing older is no guarantee of growing up, knowing how to foster maturation is key to raising children. The material is presented in such a way that engages parents while educating professionals as well.

WHEN:                 February 2nd, 10 am-11 am Pacific Time. We will watch and discuss 8 sessions over 6 weeks (ends March 9th)

FORMAT:             Watch 1 or 2 sessions of course material each week and meet for 1 hour of online live discussion (participants may take part actively or just watch/listen to the discussions. All discussions are recorded for those unable to attend live.)

WHERE:               Online  (Zoom)

OPTIONAL:         Course participants will have the option to use the online course discussion forum. This is an option to share your questions and reflections, and have a response outside the in-person discussion time. If you have to miss one of the sessions, you may watch them online, and the forum allows you to participate in some discussion or Q & A with the course facilitator and/or fellow participants.
